Choosing who can watch a video

Videos can be shared with anyone who has the link, only a team, or with a password. Comments and downloads can be switched on or off.

Open a video and click the sharing button next to Copy link. Under Who can watch, choose:

Anyone with the link: no sign-in needed. Suits clients and customers.
Only your team: members of your workspace, signed in.
Anyone with the password: share the password separately. Available on Pro and Team.

Below that you can turn Comments and reactions and Allow downloads on or off, and add a call-to-action button such as “Book a call” on Pro and Team.

Workspace owners can set the Default sharing for new videos in workspace settings.

Embedding

Choose Copy embed code from the More actions menu and paste it into any site or help center that accepts HTML. The player resizes to fit.
