Who needs a paid seat, what each role can do, and how to invite people.

| Owner | Full control, including billing | Recording seat |
| Admin | Manages members and every video | Recording seat |
| Creator | Records, uploads and manages their own videos | Recording seat |
| Viewer | Watches and comments on team videos | Always free |
To invite people, open Settings, then Members, enter one or more email addresses, choose a role and click Send invites. Invites expire after 14 days.
When someone leaves, their videos stay in the workspace and move to you.
